Do your answers matter in Pokémon Scarlet? ›

The dialogue options in Scarlet and Violet have little impact on the main story, limiting player choices.

Since Iono's Pokemon are mostly Electric types, Floragato with its Grass Typing (resists Electric) is the best starter Pokemon for this battle.

Electric types only have one weakness — Ground. However, Iono has a Wattrel, which means it's immune to Ground-type moves. Therefore, Rock and Ice-type Pokémon are also recommended.
