What is the Falcon Tuition Guarantee

The Falcon Tuition Guarantee locks in your tuition and fees, housing, meal plan and out-of-state costs for 12 consecutive semesters for undergraduate students.
From the first bill to the last, you know from the start what your charges will be. This makes it easy for you to budget and plan for the next four years.*

*Maximum four-academic year period is guaranteed.

Fixed Tuition and Fees

Tuition rates are determined by the student’s cohort. First-time students are assigned to a Cohort (group) based on the semester in which the student first enrolls as a degree seeking student. Each academic year contains one fall semester Cohort and one spring semester Cohort.
