How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your shipment's tracking number. You can also log in to your account and click on the link to view your recent orders. Then just click on the "order shipments" tab to see tracking information.
How do you ship to protect against warm weather?
Due to the heat sensitivity of some of our products, when transit routes or destination temperatures are over 74 degrees F, orders will be shipped in insulated packaging with cold packs to protect these products from the heat. Additionally, we will only ship these orders on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so your order will not be in transit over the weekend.
How much will it cost to ship my online order?
We offer simple flat rate shipping. For shipments within the contiguous 48 states, orders under $60 have a rate of $9.95; orders totaling more than $60 are shipped for FREE. All rates are per delivery address. For complete shipping rate details please click here.
