Conducted in partnership with Great Place to Work, the survey canvassed Alston & Bird employees across multiple areas that are key to a winning culture, including leadership, values, and camaraderie; a strong focus on employees’ physical, emotional, and financial health; and the company’s broader community impact. The ranking accounts for the experiences of all employees across job levels, tenure, and demographic categories such as age, race, and gender.
In addition to the Fortune ranking, Alston & Bird has earned several recent accolades highlighting the firm’s distinctive workplace culture, including recognition in People magazine’s 2023 “Companies That Care” and the 2023 “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion” by the Human Rights Campaign.
