After showing up 5 minutes earlier than my appointed time according to their app, I watched the stylist that I had my appointment with take 2 customers. Their login screen showed that I still had a 23 minute wait after I had been sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. When I asked about it, they said , sorry, there's one person in front of you." My stylist was just standing there doing nothing. I said forget it. I will not be back. I have used the same stylist for 3 years and in the past I have been very satisfied with the service. That all changed today.

Will never go back to this sport clips. On 27 th I take pride in my hair. And the chic who cut it. Didn't even care she messed it up. Like it will grown back in a day. Why she wearing a wig.

This sport clips is the worst one I have ever been to the people that are "cutting hair" all they do it talk to each other even when there is 10 people waiting and when you do finally get your hair cut they use your head as a punching bag like I have never gotten a headache from a hair cut and when you ask them to go easy they get rude I will never be back and I will never recommend to anyone!!!!!
