Nicholas Yurcevic, 89, of Cleveland, OH, formerly of South Greensburg, died Tuesday, August 2, 2022, in Shepherd of the Valley Nursing Home, Ohio. He was born August 21, 1932, in South Greensburg, a son of the late George and Helen (Cindric) Yurcevic. Nick was an Army veteran serving from 1950 to 1956 during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 91, Berea, OH. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Frank Yurcevic, Ted Yurcevic, George Yurcevic Jr., Mike Yurcevic, and Michael Bradovich; and sisters, Ann Willochell, Jean Yurcevic Cramer, and Mary Tempone. Nick was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He is survived by several nieces and nephews; his companion, Helene Mavar; and family, John and Elena Mavar, and children. Friends will be received from 10 to 11 AM Monday at the LEO M. BACHA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 516 Stanton Street, Greensburg where a funeral liturgy will immediately follow at 11 AM.
