In Spring, engaged couples are in the midst of finalizing plans for upcoming summer and fall weddings. Poppy data show the Spring months —April, May, and June— are the season when couples book their wedding flowers. October, September, and June are the most popular wedding months and the wedding industry is hard at work to help couples plan their dream ceremony.
This Spring, our team at Poppy is watching three big trends: the rainbow palette, a focus on centerpieces and mantles for decor, and pops of light blue.
Floral trends in 2024: Rainbows shine bright
What do we mean by "rainbow"? Rainbow bright bouquets come in blue delphinium, orange rose, pink ranunculus, yellow craspedia, and green silver dollar eucalyptus. We also love more sultry rainbows with deep red roses, blush ranunculus and peach anemones. We also find the rainbow palette is particularly popular for smaller weddings with 50 guests or fewer.
