Ketchup Powder
Also Known As: Ketchup Seasoning, Ketchup Flavoring, Ketchup Flavor
Ingredients: Sugar, Tomato Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Sodium Diacetate, Garlic Powder, Spice,Extractives of Paprika, Malic Acid, Fructose, Not More Than 2% Silicone Dioxide Addedas a Processing Aid.
Taste and Aroma: Sweet and tangy, tastes just like ketchup!
Uses:Toss with just-made French fries or popcorn for snacking. Sprinkle on chicken or eggs for the classic combo flavor.
Substitutes: Soy Sauce Powder, Worcestershire Powder, Dijon Mustard Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, Distilled White Vinegar Powder.
Fun Fact: The first recipe for ketchup is dated in 1727 and it called for anchovies.

Never heard of it before.
That’s why I placed the order the ketchup powder. It was a gift for a good friend that puts ketchup on everything. I thought it might be nice to put it on prior to cooking , as a spice.

Shake it!
I don't use much ketchup, but love just a bit on a grilled hamburger. Unfortunately, it mixes with the juice from the pickles, and tomatoes, and mayonnaise, and still drips. But not now... just before I place the top bun on the hamburfer to serve it, I shake a bit of the powdered ketchup on top, and it's perfect. I wish this had been invented a long time ago.

Love the vinegar and worchestershire sauce tastes in the blend. Great in a season blend for beef!

Ketchup powder
This is a great product. The taste is really good. The only downside to the product is that it clumps badly. I put the clumps of powder from the package and into the blender, then ground it to a powder. Ten I put it into a small mason jar, and placed one of the small packets that come inside of bottles of pills inside with the ketchup powder.. They are not meant for use with food but at the same time they are not toxic, and the packets are pretty sturdy. I placed the jar in the refrigerator. This works well to keep the powder from getting hard and clumping. I would not use this with children, but for adults it would be just fine. I will definitely buy this product again. My Spice Sage is a good company to do business with. They have a large selection of good quality products and sizes, and their customer service is very good. This is important to me.

Love it! pour it in a bag of chips, shake it up and you have awesome ketchup chips. Taste just like the ones I used to be able to buy in the store. Great on fries too.

Dehydrated ketchup just like uncle sam served, I have finished my quest
Back in the 80's the military included a dehydrated packet of ketchup in select meal and it was incredibly good tasting and since then I have been searching for this . I have found it finally from this store. While this is really moisture sensitive and tends to cake up needing frequent crushing to remain sprinkle able the flavor is just like I remember and will find better storage methods around my kitchen/preps to make it more manageable . Overall taste is fantastic service and shipping A+ and will be ordering more of this and other items
