Went to the pharmacy for my goddaughter yesterday. I’m not used to civilian pharmacies but i was treated very kindly. This pharmacy staff works hard and fast. Plus they are very nice and thoughtful!

My experience was amazing from beginning to the end, my nurse RN Danielle was beyond great she was very attentive and made sure I was handled with care, RN Art is such a great person and I swear he knows his job, (he should be a charge nurse) just from my bed side I seen how much everyone likes him and gravitates to his sweet energy…. The whole surgical team needs raises they are all blessed beyond measure…. Dr. Shaun Nguyen IS THE BEST ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON and I wouldn’t trade him for anything in this world, he always makes sure I understand the pros and cons and he never sugarcoats anything when it come to my knee situation…. I’m beyond blessed to have experienced the treatment I received at the Murrieta facility and I pray God Blesses the individuals that had a hand in the success of my surgery….

Kaiser Hospital in Murrieta is now going to be my preferred option for service. I was not only amazed but highly impressed during my visit here for my surgery on 1/23. The staff is hands down so welcoming, comforting, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for y’all’s hard work and dedication. I appreciate you guys! They are God’s sent angels I promise you.

Dr Perez and his team did a wonderful job during pre-op, during my surgery, and after during post-op as well. They did an excellent job of explaining what is to be expected during the whole process and were very detailed in helping me. It was overall a great experience.

Had our first child here and I wouldn't change a thing. They are masters in their field and I am grateful my wife and baby boy was taken care of by this special group of people. If you don't deliver here your really doing yourself a disservice. Love this team and baby 2 will be born here.

My mom, who has dementia and is quite disabled was on the med/tele unit for 2 days. They were so patient, gentle and caring and kept her safety foremost. Wonderful care!

Went in for Hysteriscopy at Kaiser Murrieta Surgery Center with Dr Dresbsch who is so informative & caring. Anesthesiologist Suzanne Numan MD who also is so informative and kind she made me feel very safe with her putting me under. From my preop nurse getting me ready for the procedure to all the OR nurses that were with me and my postop nurse this whole team made me feel comfortable safe and that I was in great hands!! I also appreciate each and everyone of them with there top notch focus and constant safety checks, Hands Down an Amazing Team!!

My outpatient experience was very good. The facility is easy to get into and park. Everyone was extremely helpful. All my procedures were explained in detail. Overall, my experience was excellent.

I thought I had been bitten by a brown recluse, my lips were swelling up like a pair of sausages, so I came down to the emergency ward at Kaiser on Iris Avenue in Moreno Valley.
I was immediately administer and given a room. The doctor named Jamie was very experienced.
Jamie called my fears by informing me that it was simply an allergic reaction to my blood pressure medicine lisinopril.
They hooked me up to a Steroid IV.
Jamie was excellent setting up the IV
My RN’s name was Oz.
Oz brought me warm blankets and later brought me a turkey sandwich
Jamie, ordered some prescriptions and sent them to the pharmacy.
I have received excellent treatment, and I want to thank Jamie, Ozzy and James 🤠

Really nice clean facility with great staff. I was in for gallbladder surgery and everyone explained their roles and everything they were doing along the way. It was very comforting.

I came for a refill and ended up getting surgery, and it was a good thing i did. these doctors and staff here really see you for who you are a human . Not just a number. I would probably had my gallbladder rupture if this doctor and this staff didn't take the time and evaluate me .like the doctor said just to make sure your good to go mr sell . Wow am glad they were there that night .I want to thank all the staff at this keiser permanently hospital. I would probably be dead if it wasn't for all of you . You are are heroes and deserve so much better than what we the community have done for all of you . But there is someone watching from above that doesn't forget a thing .GOD BLESS all of you from the bottom top and middle of my heart. THANK YOU KP MORENO VALLEY

They listened to me. They cared. They were nice.
Went in for a pilonidal cyst, they took me seriously, procedure and x-rays done in less than 4 hours of arrival, asked nurse for painkillers and only had to wait 5m.
The procedure went very smooth, despite my cyst barely surfacing and the physician having to go in blind, she hit it first try and drained the whole thing. One of the best emergency room experiences I've ever had, everyone was super nice. Triage took max 15 minutes, my phone was dead and I had to wait outside on some waaaaarm concrete to keep my pain in check and the guards were even fun to talk to, so I never got bored.
10/10 5 stars isn't accurate enough

Iv been to a few emergency rooms and I have to tell you this one is by far the best. The team was so caring and made me feel so comfortable for my situation. The surgery team Was also very nice and my OB made me feel like I was in good hands.The only one who wasn’t very nice or caring was the girl at the check in desk. I told her I was bleeding out and have been for the last hour and she had zero care in the world! she told me I could just stand if I didn’t wna sit she also was on a personal call when I came in. Not perfessional at all.
