W3school (we called it "veganschool" in estonian language) is very good and spot on with info to get going. It is very good place also for checking info if you got stuck somewhere and need to remember stuff. But there is one big but - it is very basic with a lot of stuff. Have had moments where there have been missing info of some language options. Also had moments when i needed some tips like an example ,but there were only basic examples and those advanced examples, were also somewhat basic.So,for starters and some easy fast crossreference,it is very good place. But once you get into some more advanced stuff,w3school will be limit with info and you will need to search elsewhere, like stackoverflow or even better,the language documentation itself.
