Stay far, far away from Chex Snack Mix. While we applaud Chex for introducing gluten-free cereals, oatmeal, and other products, their classic Chex Mix is still not gluten-free, and contains gluten-heavy ingredients like wheat flour and whole wheat. Fingers crossed that a gluten-free Chex Mix is in the works. In the mean time, there are plenty of gluten-free trail mixes, granolas, and party mixes available at your local grocery store.
