Only producers inthe Lueneburg Heath region are permitted to use the designation “LueneburgHeath Potatoes”.
The list of around900 products also includes Black Forest ham, Swabian ravioli, Cologne beer(Koelsch), Luebeck marzipan and Nuremberg gingerbread.
