It’s basically a fruit smoothie packed with a veggie that you can’t taste.

BOOM SHAKALAKA.

I could drink this Healthy Green Peach Lassi allllllday, every day. It’s so light and refreshing, yet surprisingly filling. Smoothies don’t usually fill me up for very long but this one did. I think it’s gotta do with all that protein and fiber.

I drank this smoothie for breakfast before I went to work. You know, working at a bakery is basically like an 8-hour long standing/walking/running session. You’re constantly on your feet — walking around the kitchen, carrying heavy layer cakes to the pastry case, running over to the stove to prevent your caramel from boiling over, bending over to pick up 50lb bags of some ingredient your need or 30lb tubs of peanut butter. It’s a labor-intensive job, but still, this smoothie held me over!

Along with my forty cups of coffee, of course.

Whhaattttt you don’t like Mango Lassi?!? *gasps*
Just kidding. It depends on what you didn’t like about the lassi — was it the thickness or richness? Was it the overall flavor? Was it too sweet?
This is just a thick, yet drinkable, smoothie that oozes peach essence rather than mango. I love it, and I hope you love it too! 😀

That’s it, I’m making this. Putting frozen peaches on my shopping list for this weekend. It sounds so refreshing and perfect for this warmer weather we’ve been having.

MMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!! SOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!!!! I used frozen pineapple instead of the peaches because that what I had in the freezer, and I am currently guzzling this down for breakfast!!!!!! Its sweet, its tangy, its fruity, Just plain awesome! And I love that this has so much calcium from the milk ( I used coconut ), from the yogurt, and from the spinach, I need more calcium in my diet and I’ve found that smoothies in the morning are the way to go! Perfect St. Patty’s day eve breakfast. Maybe I’ll make one of your green monsters tomorrow,or maybe I’ll have this again.
