In the world of foodies, everybody wants to try ‘Dilli ke Chole Bhature’ and ‘Mumbaicha Vada Pav, Pav bhaji’ and make these foods compete with completely two different regions of India. In Delhi, it does not end on Chole Bhature. Tikki chaat, gol gappe, papdi chaat, kebabs and what not. In Mumbai, almost every street food is served with pav, samosa pav, misal pav, keema pav, bhujiya pav and there is no stopping these unhealthy food options.
Three of my closest friends have been diagnosed with fatty liver of which two do not really care, the third one, the most sensitive one, takes care of her food habits and physical health. And I? You might think I just got some content to write, right? Yes, but no, I keep nagging my friends on their food habits but ‘who cares’ they say.
I’ve been tired of telling them to follow a diet but to no avail. Many like my friends, who have fatty liver but are not taking care of their diets. So here I’m with an article on Do’s and Don’ts of Fatty Liver listed by Nutritionist and Dietitian – Jinali Kamdar, famously known as Dieticianmumma on Instagram.
