"Oh my gosh, I've seen her for 3 yrs and my partner for 1 yr. We both absolutely love her. She REALLY listens to you and reads your history. "We have never done reviews for doctors but we needed to reach out regarding the experience we have had. My daughter sought treatment with medication that she had used in the past for a chronic condition. Through the process, Dr. Costello used her nurse to communicate all steps of the unsuccessful process. The nurse questioned my daughter’s diagnosis by a world-renowned specialist and sent her to another specialist saying she needed testing before prescribing the medication. When the tests confirmed the diagnosis, the nurse communicated that the specialist would be prescribing the medication. My daughter returned to the specialist, only to find that the specialist could not prescribe medication. We got back in communication with the nurse, and were told that the doctor would prescribe the medication. We received a call an hour later where the nurse then communicated that the doctor was prescribing an earlier medication that had bad side effects instead. We explained the side effects, ...
