I have great news for you, Ira. Once you have purchased theme park admission to a Walt Disney World theme park, the attractions are included. Once you have entered a Walt Disney World theme park, you can enjoy as many attractions as you want to as many times as you want to! There is no need to purchase separate tickets for attractions.
You might be thinking of Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightening Lane service at Walt Disney World. Disney Genie+ will allow you to select Lightening Lane entrances for certain attractions during your day. Individual Lightening Lane is available on only a few attractions and allows you to purchase an Individual Lightening Lane entrance. Both of these services are designed to allow you to save time by offering shorter wait times. These services do come with an additional cost; however, you do not need to purchase them. You can absolutely enjoy a day at a Walt Disney World theme park without using these services.
You mentioned wristbands, and I believe you are referring to MagicBands. These bands are worn on your wrist and offer you a convenient way to do so much on your vacation - including access theme parks and your resort hotel room. On the page that I linked, also check out MagicBand+, which includes all of the functions of MagicBands as well as some fabulous extras including unlocking amazing experiences throughout Walt Disney World. You do not absolutely need a MagicBand for your Walt Disney World vacation; however, I do find them to be a convenient way to manage the magic!
