'Crazy plane lady' Tiffany Gomas has revealed details of the argument that led to her meltdown onboard an American Airlines flight that went viral back in July.
Gomas was videoed screamingthat motherf***er back there is not real' before being escorted off the American Airlines flightfrom Fort Worth to Orlando, Florida.
The Dallas marketing executive explained the background to the incident on the Pardon My Take podcast, claiming she had become embroiled in a 'little bit of an altercation' with another passenger and that 'it spiraled out of control.'
'It was not my best moment … it was actually a horrible moment. Absolutely mortifying. How horribly mortifying,' she added.
Explaining her unwillingness to talk about the issue previously she said: 'The reason I probably haven't come out yet is that it's so cringe.'

When asked why she uttered the now-infamous words, which viewers took to suggest she had seen a ghost or an alien, she said, simply: 'I literally did not see anything … It was an expression of speech.'
Insteadthe comment was aimed at the man with whom she was arguing, the 38-year-old explained.
'They're making me look bat s—t … and given, I did, I did look absolutely crazy but, no — I was in my feels, needed to get off, I was highly distressed. Not a good look' she told the podcast.
Gomas would not elaborate on the cause of the argument or whether it has since been resolved simply saying she had given up her aisle seat because 'as you heard me saying, I'm only 5-2, in my little bratty-ass voice.'
'There was really bad energy and I don't want to get into all the details in all of that … as you know, it's ongoing,' she added.
The viral sensation said she hope that theviral Delta diarrhea video that went viral in September would distract from her own in-flight incident.
Gomas also said she felt unable to leave her home for four weeks after the incident hit social media.
'There's no playbook to going viral, I'm just a normal person contrary to what people think and after this all went viral my life did change' she explained.
Gomas said she is also learning to have a sense of humor about her viral moment.

'For the longest time I couldn't laugh about it' she said, 'it is funny now that time has passed.'
The July 2 viral incident happened on Flight 1009 from Fort Worth to Orlando, Florida.Official documents say she was not willing to leave the plane and had to be removed by American Airlines staff following the outburst, as broken by journalist on Substack and first reported by the New York Post.
The police document states: 'The female then started claiming the aircraft was not safe and did not want the aircraft to leave due to her believing it would not make it to its destination.
'Due to the statements the flight attendants felt the aircraft needed to be rescreened. [The airline manager] explained that the passenger was denied boarding and they wanted her escorted to the public side.'
Passengers on the plane were forced to deplane and be screened through security again as a precaution.
'TSA personnel arrived at the scene to conduct a full rescreening of the aircraft,' the police report states.
Gomas was eventually escorted to the non-secure area of the airport - but then attempted to get back in through TSA screening several times, per the report.

But when officers with the Dallas-Fort Worth Department of Public Safety arrived, an 'extremely distraught' Gomas refused to speak to them and she tried to get back on the plane.
Police then tracked her to a terminal curb where she was waiting for an Uber.
Gomas was issued a ticket for criminal trespass notice but refused to sign it. She was never arrested.
The marketing executive was deemed a 'rising star' in 2017, when she served as Vice President of Client Services at Elevate Brand Marketing.
She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and lives in a $2 million home in Lakewood neighborhood, according to public records.
Gomes is the founder of a marketing firm in Dallas, Uppercut Marketing.
