Stuart Gale is Chief Pharmacist, Owner andManager of the Frost Pharmacy Group (www.frostspharmacy.co.uk) andOxford Online Pharmacy (www.oxfordonlinepharmacy.co.uk).

Established in 1925 by John Frost, Stuart Gale’s grandfather, the business hascontinued todevelop and grow,with Oxford Online Pharmacy now recognised as one of the UK’s leading onlinepharmacies,providingprofessional online doctor services.

Stuart began working for the family business from a young age, stacking shelves and washingoutmedicine bottlesfor his grandfather after school and at weekends. Historically, it was standard practice forpharmacists to makea lot of their own medicines and potions and Stuart remembers his grandfather mixing upcoughmixture(as late as 1985) and dye which fashion conscious female customers would paint down theirlegsto look like stockingseams.

Having graduated with a degree in Pharmacy from Manchester University, Stuart took a positionata Boots inLondon, where he worked for three years. He then took on a role as pharmacist within thefamilybusiness,gradually becoming more involved.

Robert Bradshaw (GPhC: 2036118), graduated from the University of Manchester in 1988 and completed his pre-registration year in South Warwickshire NHS Trust,qualifying as a pharmacist in July 1989. After joining Lloyds Chemists as a Relief Manager he held a variety of NHS community pharmacist rolesover the next 16 years including Pharmacist Manager and District Manager before moving to Lloyds Pharmacy Superintendent’s Department as a Professional Standards & Clinical Governance Pharmacist in 2005.

He started work with Frosts Pharmacy Ltd in 2012 and helped establish their Walk In Travel Clinics and was the Superintendent Pharmacist there from May 2017 to October 2022. He has been part of Oxford Online Pharmacy since 2016.

I am also a great believer in the NHS and support over 200 pharmacy contractors through my role as Chairman of Thames Valley LPC in Oxfordshire and Berkshire. When not at work I enjoy music, crosswords and following the mixed fortunes of Aston Villa FC.”

Sue grew up in a family business which was begun by her grandfather and began interest in becoming a pharmacist when working alongside her grandfather as a Saturday girl.Sue went onto to complete her degree at De Montford university graduating in 1991 as a pharmacist and then completed her pre reg in Stafford working for LloydsChemist.

After registering Sue became a locum to see different aspects and ways of working for pharmacy then became a manger for LloydsPharmacy in Yeovil where she had moved with her husband. From there Sue was promoted several times as District Manager to Professional development manager to Area Manager. This involved lots of exposure to different types of pharmacy including hospital, mental health, prison and community hospital. Also involved working with many different types of private hospital. During this time Sue also chaired Somerset Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC) whilst living in Somerset and then when moved to Oxfordshire became Chair of Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes LPC.

After the long hours involved in area manage role sue came back to work as a community pharmacist local to home and came to join Oxford Online Pharmacy in September 2021.

Dr Roisin McHugh completed her medical training at the Imperial College London (St Mary’sHospital)with an Intercalated BSc from University College London in 1998. She did her post graduateGPtraining in Derry, gaining MRCGP, along with Diplomas in Care of the Elderly, Child Health,Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Family Planning. She then worked as a GP in Townsville,Australia for 2 years gaining an interest in Dermatology, as a high number of her generalpractice patients had skin cancer due to the sun damage from life in the tropical climate.On return to London she completed the Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff, and hasmaintained a strong interest in Dermatology. She continues to work as a GP in the NHS andhascontinued to develop her interest in female health by working as a menopause specialist.

Dr McHugh has worked in providing online health care since 2014. She was involved in settingupand being the CQC manager for an online doctor prescribing company, working there for 5years.

Dr Roisin McHugh alongside, providing online patient consultations she is Clinical Lead atOxfordOnline Pharmacy and is responsible for clinically overseeing our online doctor service. Sheoversees the changes and updates to ensure that our service is constantly evolving and is uptodate with current national guidelines. She strongly believes that health care is provided byhumans for humans, and the technology we use in online medicine is only there to make goodhealth care more accessible to patients in the modern busy world we live in. When a patientcontacts Oxford online pharmacy they are getting accessible, safe, caring and effectivehealth careprovided by a conscientious team of doctors, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who arepartof fully regulated online health care provider.

Dr Polly Hodgkinson graduated from the London Hospital Medical School in 1998.She initially followed a hospital training path and then went into General Practice andqualified as GP in 2008. She works hard as a GP in Kingston Upon Thames and she has aninterest in sexual health and has the Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning.She has worked along side Dr McHugh providing online health care since 2015 andjoined Oxford Online Pharmacy in January 2020.

Polly's interests outside of medicine are centred around cooking for the family and walking her miniature schnauzer, Belle.

Dr Nisha Wariyar qualified form the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in 2002. She undertook postgraduate medical training in several specialities including Respiratory Medicine, Gastroenterology and Haematology before attaining Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2006.

She has worked as an NHS GP since 2012 and has an interest in Respiratory Medicine, Women’s Health and Gastroenterology. She believes in a holistic approach to healthcare and has channelled her medical experience to find a passion for Medical Writing. She is excited to continue in this role for Oxford Online Pharmacy.

In her spare time, she enjoys yoga and running and recently completed the Great North Run 2021, raising over £1000 for Water Aid.

Kiran is an experienced pharmacist with a passion for helping others. Her broad professional background includes hospitals, prisons, NHS and private healthcare.Most recently, she was seconded to a professional sports team, advising on safe medicines for athletes and during 2021 she volunteered her time as a clinicallead administering Covid-19 vaccinations.

Since qualifying as a pharmacist in 2009, she has relocated around the globe before settling in Oxfordshire with her young family.

Her content writing stems from her enthusiasm to help people get reliable, accessible information about health conditions and her enjoyment of languages.

Prof Geoffrey Hackett

Professor Geoffrey Hackett has been a consultant in Urology and Sexual Medicine since 1994.In addition to his role at University Hospitals Birmingham Foundation Trust, he has beenProfessor of Sexual Medicine at Aston University Birmingham since 2017, and in privatepractice at Spire Hospital, Little Aston, Sutton Coldfield and Stratford upon Avon.

As part of Oxford Online Pharmacy’s team of experts, Professor Hackett will be providing hisinsight and guidance on the subject matter, as well as offering consultations to thosepatients with more complex needs.

Lorraine Grover

Psychosexual Nurse Specialist

We are delighted to announce the addition of Psychosexual Nurse Specialist, Lorraine Grover, to our team of experts.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the management of male sexual dysfunction, in particular erectile dysfunction, Lorraine brings with her a wealth of knowledge.

Lorraine has a special interest in caring for patients diagnosed with prostate cancer and, whenever possible, their partners. She is treasurer and a trustee of the Sexual Advice Association and Specialist Advisor to Macmillan Cancer Support, Prostate Cancer UK and Cancer Research UK. She lectures nationally and internationally to patient groups and healthcare professionals.

Lorraine is passionate about helping to improve the way sexuality and sexual function are managed within healthcare and in partnership with the Oxford Online Pharmacy team, she will provide a private consultation service to help men and women overcome difficulties in these areas.

Elisa Gomez de Bonilla

Elisa graduated from London Metropolitan University with HCPC and BDA certificates in dietetics and nutrition, subjects that fascinated her from an early age. She has a holistic approach to wellness, practising as a personal trainer for the last 12 years, bringing strength, mobility, fitness, and wellbeing to a wide variety of clients.

Ninety per cent of dietitians work in acute settings for the NHS, in which she has the most recent experience, and is passionate in her belief that preventative care is the most important approach. Once patients are discharged from hospital, the aftercare is based solely on medication, with no individual nutritional advice. This approach sees around 15% of patients with obesity-related diseases re-admitted into hospital within a year. Her ambition is to see people managing their health confidently and independently so they can live their very best life.

She has been trained and/or has personal experience in the treatment of:
