How To Store and Use Up Cabbage

Cabbage is a very generous vegetable…You buy one and you’re basically covered for the next 3-4 days on vegetables. Although, throw in a carrot or a lemon in there too.

It is also a survivor, cabbage will stay good for many many days. I usually try to keep cabbage in the fridge or in a cool room, since it stays good longer when kept cold.

My biggest advice when it comes to using up cabbage is to wash, dry, chop, store in the fridge in an airtight container and use it in every meal. That’s basically it.

I really hope you got some inspiration and will try these healthy, quick and easy dishes with cabbage.
